1. ASSEMBLE

Build your team of 8 players, all skill levels welcome! Then, pick your stadium and save your spot with a £100 deposit.

2. FUNDRAISE

Work with your team to meet a fundraising target of £1,250 via givengain (that's £150 for each player to raise!)

3. WARM UP

Choose the country you'd like to represent in our world cup and spread the word – spectator tickets will be released January 2026.

4. KICK OFF

Step to the pitch for a thrilling day of 5-aside football. The winning team receives an awards ceremony & trophy, making the league dream a reality!

Free places

We love people who already contribute in the football and mental health space. To say thank you, every year we offer a few lucky groups a free place. All teams have now sold out so you'll have to wait until next year. Otherwise please buy a ticket to watch the action unfold on the day!
