Here's how you can take part:

#1 Get a team together and register

We recommend eight people - enough for a couple of subs. Then  purchase one of the teams available via the public sale for £250 to register your team via the button below.

When you’ve paid your deposit, we’ll send you instructions on setting up your givengain fundraising page to start your race to £2,500

#2 Secure your team's place by raising £2,500

Via givengain.com your team will have until the end of February 2025 to raise £2,500 for our mental health charities

If you miss your target, you'll have the option to pay the oustanding balance, or defer your position for a refund. Teams on the waiting list will then have the opportunity to purchase the team outright.

#3 Get your friends and family involved

You've raised enough money for mental health charities and secured your place at MHWC 2025, its time to recruit your supporters for the day. We have QPR’s stadium to fill - so bring your family, friends and colleagues to cheer you on!

Also, the teams who raise the most money will get special prizes. So, ask the people around you to dig deep!
