Mental Health World Cup 2026 Team Application Form

Thank you for your interest in playing at the Mental Health World Cup 2026. Suicide continues to be the biggest killer of men under 50 and we want to stop that. By taking part, you’re helping raise awareness and providing funds that can literally help save lives through our charity partners.

If you’re awarded a place, you will be asked to pay a £100 registration fee and pledge on behalf of your team of 8 players, to raise a minimum sponsorship of £1,250 in total.

We have a limited number of fundraising places available, so please include as much detail as possible in your application when telling us why you’d love to play at this year’s Mental Health World Cup.

If you’re a company and just want to purchase a team outright, please visit our corporate page here: www.mentalhealthworldcup.org.uk/corporate

Good luck!
